Detergent: Powder vs. Liquid

Everybody has some laundry and someone's got to do it. Some people sincerely enjoy doing their laundry. They look to enjoy the smell of the detergents and fabric softener, the warmth from the dryers and such. Despite all of the good things about doing laundry there are those who simply dread doing their laundry. They go out there way of doing their own laundry by paying laundromats to do it for them, take it to the dry cleaners and when they have to do it their selves they all fine reason to complain about the task at hand.

Whether the person enjoys doing laundry or not they each have a preference of what kind of detergent to use. Some people favor a typical brand but I've notice not many people want to use powdered detergent; what is that about?

Powdered detergent typically is cheaper than it's liquid counter part and they do they same job.
Despite that it is inexpensive and performs the same task people most people avoid using it and use these reasons to hate it:

1) Every time I wash my clothes with powder detergent it leaves powdery white marks on my clothes:  That means you are using too much in proportion to the clothes you are washing.

2) It's not sudsy enough: Didn't you know? You're not supposed to see suds when you wash clothes because that means your clothes are not being cleaned properly and is not absorbing the soap.

3)It's easier to measure liquid detergent: Really because they both come with measuring caps just fill it to the line.

4) Liquid detergent cleanns better: Oh, who told you that? Soap is soap they do the same thing! So does body wash clean better than bar soap?

I like using powdered detergent and will continue to do so because it is cost efficient.
