There are those individuals who just take and take and take. They start off, maybe, truly needing something from you. Maybe it's help with their kids, money, to borrow something of yours or whatever they ask you for that has you take from you to give to them.
It becomes an issue when these individuals just keep coming back for more; like there is no limit.
I don't understand their logic or their approach to life. They make demands from you regularly and then they get angry when you won't comply.
Often times I find that there are people who don't even recognize that they have a human leech in their life.
A human leech can be an adult, teen, child and the elderly. Human leeches can be an overly needy relative, friend or neighbor.
Some people have parents for leeches. Our sons and daughters will turn into leeches as well if we are not careful. In many situations it starts innocently and all the kinds of people who turn into leeches are usually the kinds of people you would want to help or assist in some way and that is when the blur of leeching and innocent borrowing occurs.
The best way and easiest way to deal with the leech is being able to identify that you are dealing with one and then start setting limits so that you are not constantly being taken advantage of.

Or maybe just keep them at a distance and don't get involved with them especially when it comes to gatherings because somehow you end up doing everything and spending more money than you should. I usually cut these people off very very early in the process.
