It is very important to manage your stress. Stress is a silent killer it can lead to a host of health problems that result in death.
There are many ways we can go about managing our stress levels. One of the most important things with managing stress is being able to identify all of the negative stress in your life. When facing these stressful situations try to control your reactions and most importantly; let it go.
People are often so preoccupied with whatever stressful situation they face that they don't realize that holding onto these thoughts and negative feelings about stressful situations will only make matters worse. More importantly it won't alleviate the situation.
In other words stop worrying. The more you worry about things, work, school, bills and family crises the you are going to stress yourself out and cause yourself mental and physical distress.
If you can learn to not worry then you will definitely stress less. Not to mention you want to be aware of those good stressors to help provide a health balance of stress. Find things that make you feel good and cause you to be excited and anxious in a positive way. These positive stress factors will help to distract you from feeling the pressures of negative stress. More so, the positive stress factors will help provide you with a healthy balance of stress preventing your stress from manifesting into harmful illnesses that result in death.

You're absolutely right, and unfortunately some people don't have the luxury of comprehending the fact that happiness is a choice, let alone that you create your reality. So those individuals have to acquire their happiness by de-stressing and learning how to manage their stress and only because of the reality they choose to exist in. You can only teach people what they are willing to learn.
