The pitfalls of procrastination are terrible. Procrastinators almost never succeed in life and if they are successful they have to rush to get the work or task at hand done. They are usually strained and highly stressed at times because of their procrastination.
When compared to people who are better at managing their time procrastinators are usually more stressed out and experience more illness than those people who are more time conscientious. High stress levels lead to a host of medical issues and can eventual kill a person; hence my argument that procrastination can be a killer.
Procrastination usually begins in our teenage years. If we are not careful we will carry this bad habit into adult hood.
Once an adult has a problem with procrastination it can cause them a whole heap of problems from getting eviction notice after evicton notice; sometimes they actually get evicted. They make late payments on their phone and other bills and at times perform poorly at work especially if they have a deadline based job. They miss days regularly because they want to put off that responsibility and therefore don't generate as much money as non-procrastinators.
If you are a procrastinator you should learn ways to stop your procrastination habits.
