People don't realize that sometimes the weather is impacting their mood. It may sound funny but it's true. A few people get depressed during certain seasons like winter or fall. In the summer time, when it's hot and humid, a lot of people are irritated and get agitated easily and most folks just simply don’t want to be bothered. There are those people who get tired and sleep the whole time through rainy weather. Rainy days sometimes set the mood for those perfect romantic moments with that special someone.
The weather also impacts people's health and your health ultimately determines how you feel. People who suffer from arthritis may find it more difficult to move during cold weather. When it's hard to move the way you want to eventually you get depressed. Other people may suffer in warmer weather from heat strokes and dehydration. Asthmatics are also sensitive to the weather as well. Anyone suffering because of the heat have to find a way to stay cool and hydrated to keep that level of comfortability so they won't get irritated or sick.
The next time you’re feeling out of character; whether you’re extremely sad or oddly agitated take a look out the window and see what kind of day it isIf you notice that it’s dark and gloomy outside and your house is dark and gloomy too, then maybe you want to brighten up the place. Turn some lights on and see if the artificial daylight will help lighten up your mood.
It's a hot and humid day and you're annoyed and it's giving you a headache. Go to a cool place like a pool or an air conditioned room and just relax and be sure to drink plenty of water. The next time your mood seems out of whack it may very well be just the weather; remember that people’s mood changes just like the weather.
