Charlottesville

On Saturday, August 12th 2017 the United States was terrorized by it's own citizens. There were people in Charlottesville, Virginia assembled peacefully to demonstrate their feelings against the removal of  a Statue depicting General Robert Lee. In Ohio, 8 hours away from Virginia, Neo Nazi's got wind of this and decide to drive there with malicious intents in mind.

These individuals drove their speeding car into the crowd, injuring many and killing 1 civilian and 2 State Troopers. When the man was apprehended it was reported that he stated " it was magic happening" in response to the situation he created. 

NYC Does Not Support Trump

An upheaval in NYC would later occur as people in the city decide to protest in Manhattan against trumps initial and casual response to such a devastating and Grizzly act. The president casually responded to such a horrendous and tragic event, meanwhile Jimmy Fallon delivers a touching and passionate speech in relation to the horrific events. 

The sad thing is that both parties,the protesters and counter protester where mainly white. If they can do something like this to each other, while the President is being dismissive of such behavior, just imagine what they might try to do to people who are Black, Chinese, Indian or anyone else who they can't identify with or don't agree with.
