Cold Beverages: What They Do

A human is not supposed to drink beverages that are beyond room temperature. Sounds crazy but that is because we all have been trained to crave and favor ice cold beverages.

What the average person is unaware of is the fact that drinking any cold beverage, including water, while eating or early in the morning only slows down your digestive system.

If your drinking cold beverages constantly and you are overweight, chances are that you have slowed down your digestive system to the point where it no longer functions the way it used to.

You can speed up your digestive system by drinking warm and hot beverages. The truth is any cold beverage will attribute to some kind of abdominal pain, bloating or worse, it will slow down the digestive process and directly effect you metabolism in a negative way.

The next time you reach for a freezing cold beverage, think twice.

I wonder if Bloomberg will ban cold beverages in the future because they attribute to obesity too....Just saying.
