Healthy living includes everything you do with yourself from eating right, drinking healthy beverages and excersizing. Some people consider the lotions and soaps they put on their skin and the clothes they wear apart of healthy living. A few extremist won't even consider eating out of certain kinds of plastic containers and they won't nuke (microwave) their food.
Healthy habits and living a healthy lifestyle is not as easy as one would expect. It takes a certain amount of knowledge and discipline to accurately tackle the art of healthy living. The reality is that there are too many Americans who are just unaware of how the food and beverages they are consuming effects their body.
The truth is the first step to ANY lifestyle is educating yourself about it. Read as much as you can about healthy foods and how they help you function better. Read about foods you are eating currently and see where they fall on the scope of healthy or unhealthy. Read about the foods that you may not be eating and how those will make you feel better on the inside and out.
Then slowly incorporate the healthy foods you have read and learned about into your diet while iliminating the foods you learned are harmful to your health.
