Feeling Lonely?

We all catch a case of loneliness from time to time; when most individual’s are experiencing loneliness they make poor love choices. Often times relationships that were pursued out of loneliness and desperation are not long lasting. If the relationship happens to last long then usually the union becomes very strenuous for both of the parties. It is important for people to be aware of the fact that they are lonely. If you can identify when you are feeling lonely in turn you can find ways to fulfill your loneliness without making a poor love choice. Below are a few yes or no questions that you can ask yourself in order to help you identify when you are feeling lonely.

5 Questions to Help You Identify When You’re Feeling Lonely

1) Have you noticed that every time you turn around there's some couple hugging, kissing or schmoozing in public? Does this annoy or bother you?

2) Do you find yourself getting agitated when your friends call you or hang out with you and they have nothing to talk about other than their significant other?

3) Have you noticed that you are attracted to everyone lately?

4) Are you over indulging in certain activities, like eating, social media sites, excercise etc.?

5) When you hear or see people happily involved in a relationship do you find yourself feeling jealous, sad, disappointed or maybe even left out?

If you answer yes to 2 or more of the questions above then you are lonely.
















You may want to get a hobby or socialize often. Get out with friends or make new friends. Most importantly keep yourself busy enough so you are not focusing on the emptiness you may feel.

  1. This is a really good story of blogging about Lonely yeah I realize that pretty soon to come back to work in September. I may going to be focus because of the break up. But that's the good story what you wrote.
